my inspiration

Parkeharrison , born In Fort Leonard Wood, MO/Tulsa, OK, in 1968, along with his wife Shana who was born in the same place in 1964. Their artistic photography has been featured in 18 solo exhibitions and over 30 group shows presented worldwide in places such as Japan, Canada, and Italy. In addition, their work can be found in over 20  art collections, including the National Museum of American Art at the Smithsonian Institution and the George Eastman House. They work extensively with art and human influences on the environment as seen in The Architects Brother named in 2000 as one of “the Ten Best Photography Books of the Year” by the New York Times , the couple portrays our environmentally shattering world in very emotionally expressive photographs.  Some of their photographs that I am using for inspiration for my photoshoot is " Flying Lesson"  which makes me think so that is why I am using it, photography is not all about looking and liking it is about how it makes you feel, if it brings up  memories or questions, makes you ponder. I also like that he builds his own stuff and then takes pictures of what he builds, and the way he portrays his art is absolutely wonderful, amazed just looking at a picture. So what I plan to do is build thing about or pertaining to the earth, and then shooting it, and liking my pictures no matter how they turn out.

Sunbeams and Eyeliner

I enjoyed this photoshoot, she is a very pretty girl and has a very unique personality. She basically did whatever I asked and we had fun doing it. On some shots I had help with my friend Victor using a warm filter. I liked most of the angles I chose and she moved in some way which ended up perfect. I just told her to stop and played around with the shot and the light. This shot is one of my favorites because of the angle of the pole and the cord wrapped around the pole. And the one next to it was great also we only needed two things also, a fence and a ready model.

This is another great shot for me, I took this picture because the sun was behind her and it looked really good on camera and I was right, she has a great facial expression on. This picture makes me happy because it looks great, the feeling you get off of it is wonderful, I put alot of time into editing this picture.

heart of jade

What I was thinking of when I shot this was "I want these photos to look really natural and not forced
and you can't force this kind of smile. I've known Jade for awhile she is cute, funny, smart, pretty.
She is WONDERFUL ,she is very unique and different so I picked her. I wanted someone who could have fun, and the background worked perfect, it was actually a last minute thing, because I was planning on doing a heart that said You are here. I really liked the way this shoot worked out, every picture had life and character, you could tell she was having fun, and so was I. I had fun shooting her, she is a great model and friend.<3
